The Love Mercy ‘09 Wesleyan Youth Conventions are right around the corner. We have been praying for this event for more than 2 years and believe that God-sized matters are going to collide this Dec. 28-31, 2009! So we have extended the early-bird rate to Nov. 9th! We really look forward to having each and every one of you! In this update you will find important dates, special registration instructions and tips. Important Dates

• November 9 - Early-bird Registration Rate Ends
• November 30 - Online Registration Ends at Midnight
• December 15 - Mail-in Registrations must be postmarked
• December 22 - Last day to phone SFD office to register
• December 28 - On-site walk-on registration available
• December 28-31 - Amazing conventions for the Lord - Love Mercy!

Early-Bird Rates Extended -
Thousands are registering for Love Mercy this week and there is potential that the traffic for the registration server may be a bit heavy for the system, so we are monitoring the traffic. If you have trouble registering for Love Mercy due to high internet usage between now and this weekend, continue to make attempts to register in the next few days. You will not be assessed any late fees due to internet traffic issues causing you to miss the original Nov. 1st deadline. In fact, we are extending our “early-bird rate” to the end of the day on Nov. 9th. You can still register online through Nov. 30 at midnight - and you can even register on site at each city over the convention dates.  But to avoid the “$25 late fee per student, get your registrations submitted by Nov. 9, 2009.

Making Payments
Once you have registered your group for Love Mercy 2009 and begin to make payments for your group, you will notice that the amount paid is not being distributed to each student equally. Instead the amount total is paying each student’s entire balance before distributing money to the next student on the list. We have noted this system issue and apologize for the confusion it may cause. Be reassured that you will not be charged a late fee for any of the students in your group that you have paid at least the $85.00 deposit fee for each student registered.
