URGENT: Registration Deadline Extended to Nov. 30th at Midnight
- Due to the incredibly high registration traffic on the Love Mercy website recently, the deadline for registering on-line without a late fee has been extended to November 30, 2009 at Midnight. However, in order to plan our events, we really need to know if your group is coming or if you are adding names to your registration list. You can register those who you know are coming online right now. Just make your $85/person deposit anytime before November 30 at Midnight to avoid the late fee.
- Please let us know how many unregistered people you are bringing this week! Click on this email link spiritualformation@wesleyan.org and tell us your Church name, leader name and contact info an anticipated number attending. Knowing now that your group is coming will help us get an accurate “head count” for all of the logistical details we need to take care of prior to each convention. Think of it this way – if we were hosting Thanksgiving Dinner at “our place,” knowing your plan to join us will help us make sure we have enough fixin’s for everyone. Important Dates:
- November 30 - Online Registration Ends at Midnight (early-bird rate ends)
- December 15 - Mail-in Registrations must be postmarked
- December 22 - Last day to phone SFD office to register
- December 28 - On-site walk-on registration available
- December 28-31 - Amazing conventions for the Lord - Love Mercy!
